1. Who processes your data

2. What we collect and why
Enquiry form. We collect your name, email address, phone number (if given), your message and any photos of the furniture you send. We need this to prepare a quote and contact you. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and your consent, given via the checkbox on the form.
Newsletter. If you subscribe we store only your email address and the date of subscription, on the basis of your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time by writing to us.
Visitor statistics. If you accept statistics cookies we collect anonymous data about visits (pages viewed, where you came from). This contains no personal data and does not identify you.
3. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and the photos sent with them — 2 years from our last correspondence, if no contract follows.
- Where a contract is concluded — for as long as accounting and tax law requires (normally 10 years).
- Newsletter subscriptions — until you unsubscribe.
- Statistics — in aggregate form only, with no way to identify an individual.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and do not pass it on for marketing. Technically it is processed by our service providers: our website host and our email provider. They act under data processing agreements and only on our instructions. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area, except where you load Instagram content (see the cookie policy).
5. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
Write to info@baldurubai.lt and we will reply within 30 calendar days. If you believe we are infringing your rights you may complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
