Does an office refresh have to mean buying new furniture?

Sustainability in business is no longer just a fashionable word. It is concrete decisions that start with our everyday environment. Many modern offices are furnished with high-quality, ergonomic pieces. One reason they lose their presentable look is worn fabric. Yet the construction, frame and mechanisms often remain flawless for a long time.

We recently completed a project in a business centre where we reupholstered the lobby chairs (pictured). The result — an aesthetically refreshed space that matches today’s design trends, a smaller environmental footprint, optimised client investment and a longer furniture life cycle.

For architects and interior designers this is a chance to keep a coherent concept, adapting new colours and textures to an evolving interior.
